2024 Investigations Workshop

In collaboration with The Piddington Society and the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia will host this full day event which will take you through the key issues relating to workplace investigations from start to end.

The core topics areas that this Workshop will cover are:

• Identification of problems worth investigating - when is an investigation required?

• Investigation design - preparing for an investigation, including drafting allegations.

• Interview skills & gathering evidence.

• Assessing evidence and making findings.

• Presenting investigation outcomes, including investigation report drafting and next steps.

• Ethical issues - managing ethical dilemmas in workplace investigations.
