ALERA JIR AWARD ALERA members, JIR editors and colleagues recently celebrated the JIR 65th Anniversary. This special occasion featured ALERA Life Member Joe Catanzariti AM as the keynote speaker, who shared his wealth of IR experience and insights. As part of this milestone, JIR announced the winners of two prestigious awards, generously funded by SAGE Publishing: 🏆 The JIR Fran Hayes Award — recognising major contributions to research on equity in the study of industrial relations.
